Our roosters, and our hens, for that matter, are free-range, and the results are astonishing.

Recipes For Success



Baked Eggs
With Cheese and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

8 slices bread (crusts removed)
12 eggs (beaten) from free range hens
4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1- 4 ounce can mushrooms or 3/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese slices
1 lb. ham or bacon (fry bacon)

Preparation:

Place bread slices in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard, ham or bacon, green pepper and mushrooms. Pour over the bread slices. Cover with cheese slices. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 12.
